On April 25, 1960, Premier Zhou Enlai answered the questions related to the issues of Tibet on the news conference in Rashtrapati Bhavan. He said that Tibet is a part of Chinese territory, which was accepted by the Indian government. “Any interference of foreign countries to Chinese internal affairs is doomed to fail and violates the Five Principles co-proposed by China and India,” Premier Zhou added.
