In recent years, Cawarong Town of Zayu County, Nyingchi City, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, has vigorously supported local farmers and herdsmen to plant vegetables for employment transfer. Cawarong Town, together with Bureau of Agricultural and Rural Affairs in Zayu County, have conducted fine management and regular trainings to unskilled local villagers, brought them to the demonstration sheds to learn planting methods and skills, solving their problem of lacking experience and technology. After trainings, these who became growers of vegetable greenhouses can not only work nearby home to increase income, but also take good care of their families, which have highly praised by local villagers.
