The seventh national census begins

In order to ensure the seventh national census successively registering every person's information, Lhasa City, capital of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region adopted a combination of centralized registration, household registration and telephone registration to get a detailed understanding of the current population live and be registered permanent residence in the city. By October 30th, 964,200 people from 361,000 households had been registered.
