In order to improve the working and living conditions of people in high-altitude areas and enhance their quality of life, Xigaze City has actively launched the heating project, and selected Ngamring County to carry out pilot work.
The planned heating building area of the project is 88,661.51 square meters, mainly including solar energy collection system, heating machine room, heat storage system, heating pipe network, end heating facilities, energy management center, old buildings energy-saving renovation and so on.
Zhu Cijun, who is in charge of the heating project, introduces that the implementation of heating project at such a high altitude is very difficult. Considering the factors such as cost input, energy security, technical conditions and people's needs, the heating project adopts the method of "distributed solar energy collection + energy storage tank + electric heating". According to the layout of buildings and roads, Ngamring County is divided into 11 heating zones, trying not to destroy the existing main roads, and realizing a separate solar heating system in each zone.
At present, the project is progressing smoothly, 60% of the total project has been completed, and it is expected to complete the installation of all heating equipment by the end of this year. After reaching heating condition and completing debugging, heating will be opened in batches. Meanwhile, Ngamring County has installed heating equipment in hospitals, nursing homes and other public places, striving to make more people have access to heating.
Today, more and more people on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau will have access to clean energy, and the heating project will warm their homes and the hearts of people of all ethnic groups.
